Questions people ask
What question types are supported?
Yes/no, single choice, multiple choice, open text, and numeric. Choice options are numbered for you, so respondents reply with a digit. Multi-select answers use a comma format such as “1,3”.
Should I run my survey over SMS or USSD?
SMS is best for reach: respondents answer whenever they see the text. USSD is best for guided, real-time flows such as elections or registration, where the respondent completes everything in one dialled session. The same survey and results page work for both.
Can I restrict who responds?
Yes. Whitelist a specific set of phone numbers (say, your registered members) and optionally set a start and end date. Outside that list or window, the survey does not respond.
How do I see the results?
Live, per question: option counts, percentages, and the current leader. You can open any individual's full conversation transcript, and export everything to CSV whenever you need the raw data.
Can I test the survey before members see it?
Yes. The built-in simulator runs your draft from start to finish, exactly as a respondent would see it. Real phone traffic only reaches surveys you have activated.
