Questions people ask
How fast do messages deliver?
Messages leave the platform within seconds. Delivery after that is up to the mobile network, and each message carries a delivery report so you can see when it landed.
Can each recipient get a different message?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file and reference any column as a placeholder, for example {{name}}, {{balance}} or {{due_date}}. Each recipient gets their own text. The API has a personalised batch endpoint for the same thing.
What happens to numbers that opt out?
They go on your blacklist and are left out of every future send: campaigns, portal sends and API calls. You keep no separate suppression list.
Do you support long messages and special characters?
Yes. Long messages are split into parts and rebuilt on the handset. Unicode is supported. The portal shows the part count and the exact cost before you send.
Can I schedule campaigns in advance?
Yes. Pick a future date and time and the campaign launches itself. You can edit or cancel a scheduled campaign any time before it fires.
